Tobi Thomas Olaitan (M.Sc, Mpmc, MIE) is a Social Innovation, Organizational Management, and Sustainable Development specialist who is constructively committed to the fields of quality education, productive youth development, strategic human resource management and pragmatic health advancement to upgrade the well being of people and society.

He is a certified Microsoft Innovative Educator, a 2020 Teach SDGs Ambassador and a Career Development Practitioner (Member Professional Mentor & Coach with the Chartered Institute of Corporate Mentoring & Coaching Nigeria (CICMCN)) with an M.Sc in Applied Microbiology, a Mini-MBA (in view) and other certificates in areas such as "Organizational Learning & Development", "Data Visualization for Data Analysis and Analytics", "Project Management: Healthcare projects”, “Talent Management”, “Data Analytics for Business Professionals”, and "Strategic Human Resources", "Effective Communication For Healthy Outcomes", "Community Organizing for Action”, “Creating & Maintaining Social Enterprises”, “Management Strategies for People & Resources”, and "Design Driven Entrepreneurship", and "Youth Coaching and Mentoring". He has over 15 years practical work experience in the Education, MSME, Agriculture, Media and NGO (Young people, Women and Health) spaces. He is passionate about helping Youth and Young Enterprises to purposefully grow their lives and initiatives for great influence, income and impact. Being one of the 2017 GOTNI Ambassadors/NYSC Leadership Speakers, he was able to facilitate the GOTNI/NYSC Leadership Development Programme for over 2000 corps members; and also over the years, he has been able to manage/facilitate key impact driven projects and capacity building training programs for different organizations, some of which are BICCO Agro Products (WestAfrica)Ltd; Thessy Isemede Foundation; Accelerate Lab (by The Future Project & Microsoft); UNESCO-FCTA YouthMobile Project; FWG Africa Ltd, etc.

"The sky is your limit", or so they say. I believe that the sky is your beginning. If you say that the sky is your limit, consider that there are other things beyond the sky, like space, the stars and other planets. 

You can achieve so much more, even beyond your limiting beliefs. Aim much higher than your dreams. "Reach for the stars", they say. I say "reach far above the stars"!
